Are these items for sale?
Yes! This website is used to sell the items that we have in stock. Products are available for order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Do you give discounts?
You will find that our prices are already amongst some of the lowest in the business. We keep our prices low in the beginning and so are unable to discount any further.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, & Discover Credit Card Payments, Paypal payments, Money Orders, International Money Orders & Cash.
Do You Offer Layaway?
We no longer offer this service. We have too much inventory that turns over too quickly and we do not have the space.
Will you ship by Surface Mail overseas?
Effective May 14th, 2007, the United States Postal Service is No longer offering this method of shipping. All International Packages must now travel by Air.
I live in Germany where Nazi items are prohibited. How can I purchase these items?
For an additional $5.00 per figure, we will strip down each figure and mail it in a way that does not violate German customs. A method that has proven successful for the past 4 years, without any packages being seized. Email your request to us.
I don't see the item that I want listed. Can you find it for me?
It is possible. Sometimes we may have the item, but have not yet been able to upload it to this site. Please ask!
Do you sell loose parts?
No, we DO NOT. We deal only in complete figures. We are a small company and do not have the manpower to do this. There are enough people on the Web already breaking down figures and we feel at this time, that we do not need to offer this service.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes we do and Welcome International orders. We ship to every country on the planet! Our shipping rates are very competetive and we have an EXCELLENT track record of getting packages to our International customers, safely.
What shipping methods do you use for International orders?
We recommend shipment by the United States Postal Service's Global Express Mail service. Packages usually arrive within 3-5 days at their destination by this method. Shipments by this method are 'traceable' and provide a tracking number along with insurance. If your shipment does not arrive at your destination, Tommy's Toys will refund your money or repeat the order at no expense to you, if inventory on hand permits.
We will ship your items by Regular Airmail also. However, this method does not offer any means to track a package that may go missing. Therefore, it is at the customer's risk when shipped by this method, with NO refund for lost packages.
Do you have a return policy?
Yes we do. Please view the section in the index labeled 'return policy'.
Do you accept pre-orders?
Yes we do. You can pre-order upcoming figures that we expect to receive, by going to our 'Coming Soon' section. We offer a slight discount for pre-ordering.
