We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective item please contact us within 14 days. We will replace the item or offer you a refund. However, we must receive the defective item before a replacement or refund can be issued.
All other returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must arrive to us unopened, and in the original packing. Shipping and handling will not be refunded from the original order, and customer is responsible for returning the items in good condition in the original packing, for shipment back to us. We recommend that customers insure returns, as we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping on all returned orders, unless it is our mistake.
