Domestic Shipping.

We ship by USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation & UPS Ground with Tracking.  Shipping and Safe Handling cost is determined based upon the total weight of order plus destination of package.  We only ship Monday to Friday, except for Express Mail Service, which will ship on Saturdays. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover Credit Card Payments and payments made through "PAYPAL". We also accept Money Orders, and Cash for domestic mail order payment. All orders will be shipped out within 24 hours for in-stock items upon receipt of order. (Except on the weekends).

Please note: With the recent size restrictions and surcharges for oversize packages set by the US Postal service for domestic packages being mailed to zones 5-8, the Priority Mail postal rate may end up costing double the rate than the shopping cart calculated at the time of checkout. The reason for this is that our servers are NOT integrated with the Postal Service's website, and it is impossible for us to predict the combination of figures that any one customer will order, and therefore we are unable to calculate the actual cost of postage into our shopping cart system. The rates quoted by us at the time of checkout, are very conservative rates, being based upon the previous rates for domestic shipping, prior to 5/14/07. In the event of the actual Priority Mail postage cost far exceeding the stated cost, we will ship your parcel by either UPS Ground or USPS Parcel Post, which usually takes 3- 5 days longer to arrive at a West Coast destination, than USPS Priority Mail. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that this may cause, if it happens.

International Orders.

We welcome international orders. However, international orders (outside of the USA) must be paid for with a Credit Card, Paypal or an International Money Order. Shipping cost on all international orders is calculated by weight, shipping method chosen, and in some cases, size. There are size restrictions for shipped packages that vary from country to country. Some orders may have to be split and shipped separately, to accommodate this. For International orders, EXPRESS AIRMAIL with a Tracking number & Insurance is the Preferred & RECOMMENDED shipping method. Estimated cost of shipping by this method is between $34 & $38. for up to 3lbs in weight. If shipment is lost in transit, we will replace the items or issue a refund at no cost to the customer. Please note: Some countries do not offer Express Mail service.

Regular Airmail (without Tracking and Insurance) on a 3lb item ranges from $23 to $27. Lost shipments that cannot be tracked are NOT reimbursable with regular Airmail and are shipped by this method at the customer's risk. Tommy's Toys is NOT responsible for lost shipments beyond our control!
